JEFF ESPINOUS KALI

Instructor Information 
Jeff Espinous from Paris started martial arts in 1970 studying Viet Vo Dao. He is instructor in several styles like Viet Vo Dao, Kenpo & Kick Boxing.
He began to study filipino martial arts in 1984. He is certified in Kail/JKD under Guro Ted Lucoylucay. He is also Guro Instructor from the EKAEF (European Kali Arnis Eskrima Federation), Lakan Isa (1st Dan) in Modern Arnis.

Jeff Espinous Kali - Streetfighting
In this video you will see Jeff Espinous demonstrating Kali-streetfighting and selfdefence. You will see defence against grappling, punching, grab with punch, choking, hairgrab and kicks. After demonstrating different principles and the does and don’ts of the situation, Jeff Espinous shows the techniques with a lot of variations and also in everyday situations. In the end you will see selfdefence at the wall and at a bar. You will be thrilled by this video.

Jeff Espinous Kali - Initiator & Monitor
In this video you see the Initiator and Monitor Program of the EKAEF. These techniques do not represent a style. They are only designed as an easy way into the filipino martial arts.
The Initiator Program is open to everybody. These are the techniques from the Initiator Program: Caboa, Sinawali, singlestick, knife and empty hands.
The Monitor Program is reserved to those, who are already EKAEF Initiator and who are black belt or certified instructor in another martial art. These are the techniques from the Monitor Program: Doublestick/Sinawali, stick to stick, stick to empty hands, knife and empty hands.
