Muay Thai-the IAMTF training program
This video takes you through the training program of the International Amateur Muay Thai Federation, IAMTF. All important aspects will be shown and demonstrated. Warmup, footwork, fist-, ellbow-, leg- and knee techniques will be demonstrated technically, in application, defence against- and counter with these techniques are shown as well as padwork and clinch techniques.
