Rapid Arnis Vol. 1
Volume #1 involves the basics of this martial art incl. footwork, strikes & counters, disarming & training drills. Finally showing self defence applications against any possible street situation.

Volume #2 will demonstrate the adv. movements used in Rapid Arnis single stick fighting. It shows adv. counter strikes, & drills with 1 & 2 sticks. Finally showing advanced self defence applications against any possible street situation.
